At Weary Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange an item, please carefully review our policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or missing tags are not eligible.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process

Request an Exchange
Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange request. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. -
Return the Product
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. -
Quality Check
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria (unused, with tags, original condition). -
Dispatch of Exchange Item
After successful inspection, we will ship the alternative product you requested for exchange.-
If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer another suitable option.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

We do not accept exchanges for items that are worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or missing tags.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If Weary Limited sends the wrong product or size, we will bear the shipping cost of sending out the exchanged item.

If the customer ordered the wrong product or size, the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
