At Weary Limited, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read the following policy carefully to understand how to return items and receive a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must have been delivered within the last 7 days.

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it.

All original tags and labels must still be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Returns cannot be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, or missing tags.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
Please note:

Items that were worn, washed, altered or without original tags are not eligible for a refund.

Final-sale items (if we designate them) may not be eligible for return—please check the product description at time of purchase.

Items returned past the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process
Here’s how to initiate your return:

Contact our Customer Support Team (support@wearylimited.com or +92 317 062 6919) and provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

We will send you the return address and instructions.

Package the item securely—including all tags, labels and original packaging—and ship it back to us.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.

If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method (or, if requested and available, store credit) within 3 business days of approval.
4. Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider some processing time.

If you prefer, we may offer store credit instead of a refund—feel free to ask when you contact us.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or we shipped you the wrong item).

If you return an item that was part of a promotion (e.g., a bundle discount), the refund amount will reflect any promotional value at time of purchase.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong product, wrong size, defective/faulty item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to change of mind or you ordered the wrong size/style, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately, within 3 days of delivery, and provide your order number and a photo of the defect/wrong item.

We will, at our choice, send a replacement item or issue a refund.

In this case, we will cover shipping costs for the return and for dispatching the correct item.
7. How Long Until I See My Refund?
Once we approve your return:

Refunds to your original payment method are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Timing of receipt may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your payment provider. If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll look into it.
8. Partial Refunds
Sometimes only partial refunds may be issued (at our discretion) in the following cases:

Items returned in unsuitable condition (e.g., missing tags, washed, worn, or damaged)

Items returned after the 7-day window

Promotional items where part of the order has been used or consumed
In such cases, we will notify you of any reduction and the reason.

Weary Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website under “Return & Refund Policy” and will come into effect from the date of posting.
